The Data Collection Record
Besides the institution’s official name, for each item the data form has included the indication of:
- shelf mark
- name of the composer (or composers)
- main title of the composition
- music format statement (score, parts etc.)
- leaves/pages number
- dimensions
- scoring
- title of the film it was composed for
- director
- date of the film
- notes
- possible existing literature (on the resource).
In case of manuscript music we have asked for further information on:
- drafting (autograph, copy etc.)
- place and date of the resource.
Insofar as printed music, the collaborators had to specify:
- place of publication
- publisher
- publication year
- publisher’s or plate number.
